Property
Our place is great for families and friends. We have 30 acres on which we have a spacious home, guest house, barn, swimming pool, pond and beautiful fields. It combines the best of gracious country living with the convenience of being a short drive to Vineyard Haven & the beach. With a patio & lawn right off the kitchen it's perfect for barbeque, yet we are also surrounded by nature conservancy land so you can go for long walks without seeing another person.
The space
The 2 story house has high ceilings, a sun room, 2 living rooms, a dining room, office and great kitchen. The large windows allow for maximum sunlight as well as stunning views. Outside there is a heated in ground pool, a hot tub and a barbeque. The guest house is 2 floors, 2 bedrooms, with a lovely living space. This is ideal for older children, tutors, nanny's and friends.
